Try On Privacy Policy

This policy applies specifically to Try On, our virtual clothing, hair and makeup preview app. It describes our actual server-based photo workflow, not on-device facial-landmark processing. Contact us at info@penendi.com about privacy, access, correction or deletion.

Photos and AI processing

Hair and makeup previews use your selected portrait, an optional style reference photo, the chosen preset or hair color, and your optional written details. These are sent to Penendi and fal.ai after your permission, using the same storage and deletion rules below. A preset uses only your own photo; reference mode also sends the reference photo. We request changes to hair or cosmetics while preserving your identity, not biometric identification. AI previews may differ from actual salon or cosmetic results.

After you give permission and start a try-on, we upload your selected person photo, garment photo and optional written instructions to Penendi's servers and send them to third-party AI provider fal.ai to create the result. A photo may include your face and body. Processing is not performed solely on your device. We do not use Face ID or TrueDepth, create biometric identity templates, or use your photos to identify you.

We keep input photos, generated results and their association with your account so you can view your history. Authorized administrators may access these records for support, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We do not operate a public gallery. Image delivery uses unique CDN URLs; anyone who obtains a URL may be able to view the image. Do not share these links or upload photos you are not entitled to use.

Accounts, purchases and diagnostics

Firebase Authentication and Firestore process your account ID, sign-in provider and the name, email and profile image supplied by your chosen login method. Apple and RevenueCat process purchases; we store product, transaction and subscription information and credit balances, not your payment-card details. Firebase Analytics processes app interaction and purchase events associated with an app instance and, when signed in, your user ID. Firebase's IDFA collection and advertising personalization remain disabled. Security logs can include IP addresses, request times and error information.

Optional advertising measurement

In versions with Meta advertising measurement enabled, we ask for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before activating it. If you allow tracking, the Meta SDK sends installation and app activation events. RevenueCat sends purchase and subscription events to Meta, including product identifiers, transaction/event identifiers, purchase value and currency, device/app information and matching identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), vendor identifier (IDFV), Meta anonymous identifier and IP address. Where available, RevenueCat also sends hashed account identifiers and hashed email addresses. Meta may combine these signals with data from other apps and websites to attribute purchases and measure or improve Try On advertising. Hashing is not anonymization.

We do not attach your selected photos, generated images, written AI instructions or hair/makeup choices to our Meta events. Refusing tracking does not restrict purchases or app features. You can change permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On return to the app we update consent and remove advertising matching identifiers from the current RevenueCat profile; this does not erase events already delivered or remotely reverse all previous provider processing. RevenueCat's Meta delivery must require authorized ATT consent. See Meta's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Your uploaded and generated photos remain in our active storage until you delete the relevant result or account. Locally saved model and garment photos can be removed in their galleries. Deleting a history item removes the associated server images; it does not remove an independently saved local gallery copy or copies you exported to Photos or other apps. Deleting your account removes its profile, try-on history, device registrations and our stored photos. Necessary purchase and credit audit records are retained for accounting and fraud prevention. Provider logs, backups and copies already shared with others may follow their own retention schedules.

For new AI requests, our service requests that fal.ai not retain the JSON input/output payload and sets generated-media expiry to one hour. These are separate controls; previous requests and provider operational records are subject to the provider's retention policies. Read fal.ai's data retention documentation.

Your choices

You can decline AI processing and use the app without submitting a try-on. Profile → Withdraw AI sharing permission stops future uploads from this installation; it does not reverse previous processing. Use History to delete individual results or Profile → Delete Account to remove your account. Sign-in may be required again to protect the deletion request. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your App Store subscription settings; account deletion does not cancel billing.

Photo-library permissions are managed in iOS Settings. Only the photos you select or share are imported. Sharing a product link causes Try On to access that retailer's page or image servers to retrieve the garment; the retailer's own privacy terms apply. Our processors may operate outside your country. Children and policy updates

Try On is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. Material changes to photo processing will be explained in the app and may require renewed permission. The effective date above identifies this policy version.

Try On Gizlilik Politikası

Fotoğraflar ve yapay zekâ

Fotoğrafınız yüzünüzü ve vücudunuzu içerebilir. İşlem yalnızca cihazınızda gerçekleşmez. Face ID veya TrueDepth kullanmayız, biyometrik kimlik şablonu oluşturmayız ve fotoğraflarınızı kimlik tespiti için kullanmayız.

Girdi fotoğraflarını, sonuçları ve hesabınızla ilişkilerini geçmişi göstermek için saklarız. Yetkili yöneticiler destek, hata giderme ve suistimal önleme amacıyla bu kayıtlara erişebilir. Herkese açık galeri sunmayız. Görseller benzersiz CDN bağlantılarıyla iletilir; bağlantıyı elde eden biri görseli görüntüleyebilir. Hesap, satın alma ve tanılama

İsteğe bağlı reklam ölçümü

Meta reklam ölçümünün etkin olduğu sürümlerde, ölçümü başlatmadan önce Apple'ın Uygulama Takibi Şeffaflığı (ATT) iznini isteriz. İzin verirseniz Meta SDK kurulum ve uygulama açılışı olaylarını gönderir. RevenueCat; ürün ve işlem/olay kimlikleri, satın alma tutarı ve para birimi, cihaz/uygulama bilgileri ile reklam kimliği (IDFA), satıcı kimliği (IDFV), Meta anonim kimliği ve IP adresi gibi eşleme bilgilerini içeren satın alma ve abonelik olaylarını Meta'ya iletir. Mevcutsa hesap kimliği ve e-posta adresinin özetlenmiş (hash) karşılıkları da RevenueCat tarafından paylaşılır. Meta bu sinyalleri diğer uygulama ve sitelerdeki verilerle birleştirerek satın alımları reklamlarla ilişkilendirebilir ve Try On reklamlarının etkinliğini ölçüp iyileştirebilir. Seçtiğiniz fotoğrafları, üretilen görselleri, yapay zekâya yazdığınız talimatları ve saç/makyaj tercihlerinizi Meta olaylarımıza eklemeyiz. Takibi reddetmek satın almayı veya uygulama özelliklerini kısıtlamaz. İzninizi iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Takip bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Uygulamaya döndüğünüzde izin durumunu günceller ve mevcut RevenueCat profilindeki reklam eşleme kimliklerini kaldırırız; bu, önceden iletilen olayları silmez veya sağlayıcının geçmişteki tüm işlemlerini uzaktan geri almaz. Saklama ve silme

Yüklenen fotoğraflar ve üretilen sonuçlar ilgili sonucu veya hesabınızı silene kadar aktif depolamamızda tutulur. Yerel model ve kıyafet fotoğrafları kendi galerilerinden silinebilir. Bir geçmiş kaydını silmek ilişkili sunucu görsellerini siler; ayrı yerel galeri kopyalarını, Fotoğraflar’a veya başka uygulamaya aktardığınız kopyaları silmez. Hesap silme; profili, geçmişi, cihaz kayıtlarını ve depoladığımız fotoğrafları kaldırır. Gerekli satın alma ve kredi denetim kayıtları muhasebe ve suistimal önleme için tutulur. Sağlayıcı günlükleri, yedekler ve önceden paylaşılmış kopyalar ayrı saklama sürelerine tabi olabilir.

Yeni yapay zekâ isteklerinde fal.ai’dan JSON girdi/çıktı verisini saklamamasını ister ve üretilen medyanın saklama süresini bir saat olarak ayarlarız. Bunlar ayrı kontrollerdir; geçmiş istekler ve sağlayıcının operasyonel kayıtları kendi politikalarına tabidir. fal.ai veri saklama açıklamasını okuyabilirsiniz.

Seçimleriniz

İzni reddedip yeni deneme göndermeden uygulamayı kullanabilirsiniz. Profil → Yapay zekâ paylaşım iznini geri al seçeneği bu kurulumdan sonraki yüklemeleri durdurur; geçmiş işlemleri geri almaz. Tekil sonuçlar Geçmiş’ten, hesap Profil → Hesabı Sil ile kaldırılır. Güvenlik için yeniden giriş istenebilir. Hesap silme Apple aboneliğini iptal etmez; ücretlendirmeyi durdurmak için App Store abonelik ayarlarından ayrıca iptal edin.

Fotoğraf izinlerini iOS Ayarlar’dan yönetebilirsiniz. Yalnızca seçtiğiniz veya paylaştığınız fotoğraflar alınır. Ürün bağlantısı paylaşımında Try On, kıyafeti almak için ilgili mağazanın sayfa veya görsel sunucularına erişir; mağazanın kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir. Çocuklar ve güncellemeler

Try On 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi paylaştığını düşünüyorsanız bize bildirin. Fotoğraf işleme biçimindeki önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada açıklar ve gerektiğinde yeniden izin isteriz. Yukarıdaki tarih bu politika sürümünü belirtir.
